IgG autoantibody profiling using HuProt arrays of repeat samples collected one year apart from n = 46 heathy subjects (n = 92 samples total). Raw log2 transformed data (a) and quantile normalized data (right) was used to cluster AAbs and samples using pearson distance higherarchical clustering for 18,303 probes with CV < 20%. Top bar annotation colors correspond to individual subjects. (Two samples from each subject clustered together for all 46 subjects using log2 transformed data and for all but one subject using quantile normalized data).
