Cell viability is maintained in both Epstein-Barr virus transformed human control and BTHS lymphoblasts after stimulation. Cell viability was measured in control and BTHS lymphoblasts after stimulation with 10 µg/ml LPS or 5 µM CpG DNA using flow cytometry as described in “Materials and Methods”.
