  1. Two-sided KS tests were performed between the genotype quality (GQ) scores indicated pairs of samples. Each sample consisted of the continuous distribution of the percent of SNPs for each sample scoring at or below the indicated GQ score. ORG∆ indicates organocatalyst-treated samples. “FFPE” consists of combined data from 12-h kidney FFPE, 12-h ovary FFPE, and 72-h ovary FFPE samples, “12-h FFPE” consists of combined data from 12-h kidney and ovary FFPE samples, and “72-h FFPE” consists of data only from 72-h ovary FFPE samples.
