The concentration of the cytokine TGF-β1 (ng/ml) increased in the experimental group and decreased in the control group on Day28 in comparison to Day0 (LMM: P = 0.04, R2 = 0.08, R2random = 0.52) in the level of change in the anti-inflammatory cytokine TGF-β1 on Day28 (Day28–Day0).
