PKS results for healthy individuals. A total of 23 KEGG pathways were used to investigate a pattern of presence/absence of metabolic pathways for B. vulgatus. The summarized PKS result of the 23 KEGG pathways per individual related pair from (A) HMP8, and (B) Raymond et al.24 data sets were grouped into different color boxes (colors scheme presented in the figure). Each column in the table indicates an individual’s paired samples and matches the number shown in Supplementary Table 2.
