(a) To evaluate the relationship between the conversion of DNA disruptors in DNA and cellular function, colon cancer cells were incubated with FTD, followed by DNA and RNA extraction. The DNA was sequenced by single-molecule sequencing to identify FTD conversion sites in DNA, and the RNA was analyzed using microarray to evaluate effects on transcription factor activity and cellular function.
