(c,d) show the manually measured area change ratios of each cell, individually. These figures exhibit that cell area changes are not proportional to pressure levels and have diverse tendencies even in a cell-type. In addition, these figures reveal that differences in the area change ratios between the two types are as distinct as we can distinguish types of cancer cells according to the ratios.
