Results of an analysis of HOS cells using the Biocrates p400 HR kit using different cell lysis extraction solvents. Median relative standard deviation (RSD) of the individual compounds per biological group. Both liquid chromatography (LC) and flow injection analysis (FIA) mass spectrometry measurements are shown. Five replicates were measured in each condition; outliers were removed from the final analysis as described in the materials and methods.
