Agonist-induced receptor phosphorylation at MOP (A) and NOP (B). Stably transfected MOP and NOP cells were stimulated with the agonists at a concentration range of 10โ€“5 to 10โ€“9ย M. The lysates were immunoblotted with MOP phoshosite-specific antibodies pT370, pS375, pT376 and pT379 and NOP phosophosite-specific antibodies pS346, pS351, pT362/S363, respectively. Blots were stripped and reprobed with anti-MOP or anti-NOP antibody. Each blot is a representative image of nโ€‰=โ€‰3 independent experiments. Original blots are shown in Supplementary Fig.ย 1.
