APC capturing and elution using two different aptamer-loaded superparamagnetic beads. HS02-52G aptamers were coupled to Dynabeads MyOne Carboxylic Acid beads (MyOne) or Dynabeads M-270 Carboxylic Acid beads (M-270) followed by incubation of the beads with a binding buffer containing 10 µg APC in 500 µl of binding buffer (5 µg/ml). The APC content in consecutive steps of washing (W1 to W3) and elution (E1 to E3) was quantified using the APC activity assay and an APC standard curve. Data are shown as mean ± SD of three measurements.
