  1. RPMAX = the resistance range in which the power density of the TENG has the highest amount (2/3 of the maximum amount of the power density).
  2. R Voutput- region II = the resistance range which leads to the appearance of the active zone in the output voltage (region ii).
  3. RCOMN = the common resistance of RPMAX and RVoutput –region II.
  4. RΔI max = the resistance range which provides the most difference between the amplitudes of current under illumination and in the dark.
