Mutation characteristics of ERBB3 in different tumors. The cBioPortal tool was used to analyze the mutation characteristics of ERBB3 in TCGA tumors. Shows the frequency of mutation type (A), alteration frequency of different types of cervical cancer (B) and mutation site (C). The graphical view shows the Pfam protein domains (D) and the positions of specific mutations. The length of the line connecting the mutation annotation to the protein is indicative of the number of samples that have the mutation. The most recurrent mutations are labeled in the graphical view. The cBioPortal tool was used to analyze the potential correlation between mutation status and progression-free, overall, disease-specific and disease-free survival of CESC (E).
