From: Bioinformatic analyses to uncover genes involved in trehalose metabolism in the polyploid sugarcane
Phylogenetic tree of trehalose-6-phosphate phosphatase (TPP) from sugarcane, Zea mays, Oryza sativa, and Arabidopsis thaliana. Filtered sugarcane sequences were used to construct a phylogenetic tree based on previous protein sequences obtained from16. The tree was built with IQ-TREE59 using automatic evolutionary model selection, branch support values are shown as SH-like aLRT (%)60 and ultrafast bootstrap (UFboot) (%)61. Branches with SH-like aLRT > 80% and UFboot > 95% are confident. Previous established clades are shown, although they are not always supported by the topology16.
