Regulation of the CD4+ T cell and Treg cell populations by FA exposure. Single spleen cells isolated from minipigs exposed to FA were stained with PerCP-Cy™5.5-conjugated anti-CD4 and FITC-conjugated anti-Foxp3 monoclonal antibodies. The fluorescence levels were measured using a CytoFlex flow cytometer. (a) CD4+ T cell population in single spleen cells. (b) CD4+ Foxp3+ Treg cell population in CD4+ T cells.
