The activity of PMC 203 against M. tb H37Rv in Co-culture condition. Mycobacterial cells in different conditions were grown in vitro in the presence of PMC203 for 12 days. Viable bacilli were enumerated based on (A) CFU/ml and (B) pH changes were also checked during the treatment period. *Statistical significances with controls were determined in Graph Pad Prism 9.1.1 using one-way ANOVA (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001).
