Cell cytotoxicity evaluation of PMC203 on macrophage cell lines. Cytotoxicity of PMC203 cell extract was evaluated at a wide range of concentrations against macrophage Raw 264.7 cell lines by (A) Ez-cytox, viability of cells were also evaluated by (B) methylene blue staining. Experiments were performed three times in triplicate. Values are expressed as mean values and standard deviations.
