Induction of autophagy by PMC203. (A) Raw 264.7 cell lines were treated with the cell extract of PMC203 at three different concentrations and then vesicle co-localization with LC3 signal was measured using autophagy detection kit by fluorescence microplate reader. (B–F) The mRNA expressions of Beclin1 pathway, and autophagy gene complex was detected by quantitative Real-Time PCR. These experiments were performed three times in triplicate.
