Time course of changes in astigmatism in eyes with preoperative with-the-rule astigmatism. Toric IOL implantation significantly decreased J0 (p < 0.001), but not J45 (p = 0.782). Postoperative values from 1 month to 8 years were not significantly different in J0 (p = 0.511) and J45 (p = 0.679).
