The dashed line indicates the background concentration of particles inside our measurement tent as guide to the eye. Baseline values were reconditioned after each task by opening the probe chamber and flooding it with fresh air from the surrounding operating theatre. The airing was accelerated using a fan and an air cleaner (indicated by pattern bars below the boxes).
