(B) Each PCR amplicon is plotted (100 total), demonstrating a negative relationship between the GC content of the product and depth of coverage. (C) Length of amplicon compared to the GC content of each target region (30 total). The lack of significant relationship between these variables (R2 = 0.05256) indicates that each independently influences the depth of coverage of sequenced PCR amplicons.
