Time course of transdifferentiation events during in vitro callogenesis of Sansevieria trifasciata. Leaf explants cultured on 1X MS medium with 2 mg·Lˉ1 2,4-D for callus induction were sampled, processed for microscopy, sectioned, and stained with a 1:1 1% methylene blue–1% azure B solution.
