Concordance of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein RBD AI values among serum and saliva samples from individuals with natural and vaccine-induced COVID-19 immunity using the home-brew ELISA. SARS-CoV-2 RBD total antibody levels were measured in serum and SARS-CoV-2 RBD IgG antibody levels were measured in concentrated saliva samples using a laboratory-developed ELISA.
