  1. Includes the total number of samples collected and analyzed by PCR to detect N. ceranae each day and the results (P—positive and N—negative). It also includes the number of samples selected for the next generation sequencing (NGS) analysis in each sample set, which are infected (P) and non-infected (N) bees in the group of young and old bees (with the age expressed in days) from both seasons, spring and autumn. The numbers correspond to anterior section samples analyzed.
  2. In old adult bees from spring, the posterior section from the samples was analyzed as well.
