Percentage weight loss, food intake, and water intake of mice after 24 h treatment with curcumin and metformin alone or in combination. The weight of the mice and food and water volume supplied to each cage were measured pre-, and post-test (24 h). The percentage weight loss (A) and food intake (B), and water intake (C) were calculated and presented as mean ± S.E.M (n = 10 mice/group).
