Willingness to recommend the motor-assisted movement exerciser (MME) with respect to frequency of MME use. The NPS was applied to assess participants’ likelihood of recommending the MME. This score was calculated based on responses to a single question: “How likely is it that you would recommend the MME to another friend or patient who is affected with ALS?” Answers were rated between 0 (absolutely unlikely to recommend) and 10 (very likely to recommend). Participants who responded with a score of 9 or 10 were considered “promoters.” Those who scored the treatment between 7 and 8 were considered “indifferent,” and participants who responded with between 0 and 6 points were defined as “detractors” (A). The NPS was calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters (B). n = 136; n number of participants.
