Analysis of total pyriproxyfen and alpha-cypermethrin content in Royal Guard® LLIN. (A) The average content of pyriproxyfen and alpha-cypermethrin ± standard deviation (SD) for 30 Royal Guard® nets. (B) Levy-Jenning's charts for the 30 nets were analyzed by the optimized method. Pyriproxyfen (top chart) and alpha-cypermethrin (bottom chart) scored an average (x̄) of 5.64 ± 0.26 and 6.03 ± 0.33 g/kg, respectively. Reference concentrations for both active ingredients declared by the manufacture are denoted as red dotted lines on the charts.
