Scatterplot between SAP–FDT difference of pattern standard deviation (PSD) and posterior deformation of lamina cribrosa. In whole group, SAP–FDT difference of PSD and lamina cribrosa depth (LCD) or lamina cribrosa curvature index (LCCI) showed negative correlation (A,B). As the SAP–FDT difference of PSD gets greater, there was increase in LCD and LCCI with statistical significance in peripheral nasal step group (C,D). This trend was not observed in parafoveal scotoma group (E,F). Linear regression analysis was used.
