Definition of significant SAP–FDT difference. There were 10 depressed points of P < 5% and P < 1% on pattern deviation plot of SAP (A). The depressed points of P < 5% and P < 1% on pattern deviation plot of FDT were 15 (B). We subtracted the abnormal points of FDT from those of SAP, and it was 5 points. This eye was significant SAP–FDT difference, as significant SAP–FDT difference was defined as greater than 4 abnormal points.
