Concentrations, solvents, and volumes can be varied from site to site, and temperature and heating time can be varied from chip to chip. (F) Procedure for reaction performance analysis. Activities of collected crude samples are measured using a dose calibrator and compared with starting activity to determine collection efficiency. Residual activity on chip is analyzed via Cerenkov imaging. Crude samples are analyzed via radio-TLC to determine the fluorination efficiency.
