From: scCAN: single-cell clustering using autoencoder and network fusion
Accuracy assessment of the six clustering methods using adjusted Rand index (ARI), adjusted mutual information (AMI), and V-measure. scCAN consistently and substantially outperforms other methods in every assessment by having the highest ARI, AMI, and V-measure values across 27 real scRNA-seq datasets.
