Phylogeny of the PgZFP gene family. The phylogenetic tree of the PgZFP gene family was constructed using all 115 PgZFP genes and the C2H2-ZFP genes of Arabidopsis thaliana (At) as outgroup. The subfamilies of the PgZFP gene family are indicated by I, II, III, IV, and V. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using the maximum-likelihood (ML) method with 1,000 bootstrap replications. The number nearby each cluster indicates the bootstrap confidence of the cluster in percentage (%).
