Characterization of LNA/DNA nanobiosensor. (A) Calibration of the quencher-to-donor ratio. Fluorescence intensity were measured using a microplate reader by adjusting the quencher concentration. The donor concentration was set to 100 nM. (B) Calibration of the detection dynamic range of the LNA/DNA nanobiosensor by varying the target sequence concentration. The concentration of LNA/DNA probe was set to 100 nM. (C) Fluorescence intensity of LNA/DNA nanobiosensor in different buffer.
