IL-7 regulating AMPK/mTOR pathway. Western blot analysis show down-regulation of phosphorylated (p)-AMPK proteins and up-regulation of p-mTOR protein in A549 cells after treated with IL-7, and using A-IL-7R specific antibody block the effect of IL-7, however the expression level of total AMPK and mTOR are not significantly affected. All the bar graph expressed as Mean ± SD, n = 3. *represent for P < 0.05 versus negative control (NC). **represent for P < 0.01 versus NC.
