Chronic treatment with cannabidiol does not affect seizures in Cln1−/− mice. (a) EEG tracings during seizures are displayed for Cln1−/− mice treated with either vehicle or CBD; readings from electrodes placed on the left and right side of the skull are shown. Mice treated with CBD or vehicle exhibited similar numbers of seizures, and this was true within both males and females when analyzed separately (b,c). A similar proportion of Cln1−/− mice exhibited seizures across the observation window regardless of treatment, as shown in the area under the curve analysis (d,e). Data shown are means ± SEM.
