From: Adaptability and stability of Coffea canephora to dynamic environments using the Bayesian approach

The slope between \(\hat{\beta }_{i1}\) and \(\hat{\beta }_{i2}\), the adaptability to the favorable environment for C. canephora genotypes. These parameters were taken from a bisegmented Bayesian regression, modeled to describe adaptability and stability. In green, straight refers to a positive response to a favorable environment, and in red, straight of genotypes that do not respond to the favorable environment. The slope refers to how much a genotype can respond to a favorable environment. The list of genotype names shown next to lines \(\hat{\beta }_{i1}\) and \(\hat{\beta }_{i2}\) is incomplete. Only names that do not overlap at the extremes were shown. The complete list of genotypes and estimated coefficient values can be found in Supplementary Table S2.
