From: Evaluation and comparison of three virucidal agents on inactivation of Nipah virus
One-step real-time RT-PCR standard curve for Nipah virus. The virus stock was serial diluted (1:10) and viral RNAs were extracted from these serial dilutions. Ct values of the range of dilutions covering 7 Log10 were used to draw the standard curve. The corresponding virus titre was calculated based on the standard curve.
