  1. All Gamma and descendant lineages were confirmed positive by sequencing. Even though positive for SARS-CoV-2, samples that did not have the target mutations were marked as “negative” in this table. Rows show the RT-LAMP results and columns show sequencing results. The number in the table is the number of samples in which the results agree or disagree between the two methodologies for each replicate.
