Alzheimer’s disease-related pattern (ADRP) and maps of inverse coefficient of variation overlaid on T1-weighted magnetic resonance template images. (a) The ADRP was characterized by relatively reduced metabolic activity (color-coded green to blue) in temporoparietal cortices, thalami, posterior cingulate and precuneus which co-varied with relatively increased metabolic activity (color-coded red to yellow) in the cerebellum. (b) The topography of ADRP was reliable as estimated by a voxel-wise bootstrapping algorithm. The display represents the maps of inverse coefficient of variation thresholded at z =|1.96|, p < 0.05.
