Effect of hADSC and hBMSC on levels of Th2 cytokines in BAL fluid. Repeated OVA challenge induced significant increases in IL-5 and IL-13. The OVA + PBS group mice showed significant increases in IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 levels; hBMSC treatment significantly attenuated the increases of IL-4 and IL-13. The OVA + hADSC group mice did not show a significantly change in Th2 cytokine levels.
