(a) The mutual information heatmaps across all subjects show that the pairwise mutual information increases across all nodes (muscles) from the pre-exposure affected to post-exposure affected and less-affected limbs. (b) The mutual information networks also show an increase in both pairwise mutual information (the edges’ line widths) and the muscles’ degrees (the nodes’ radii). MI = Mutual Information.
