Association between NAFLD and cognitive impairment stratified by the inflammatory status. NAFLD was defined as FLI ≥ 30, and cognitive impairment was defined as MMSE < 24. Each model was adjusted for sex, age, household income, marital status, current drinking status, current smoking status, diabetes, and hypertension. Low WBC: WBC < 75th %tile (6300/μL), High WBC: WBC ≥ 75th %tile (6300/μL). Low hsCRP: hsCRP < 1·0 mg/L, high hsCRP: hsCRP ≥ 1·0 mg/L.
