Results of the mutual information regression applied to the training set T2 distributions of the oil-sand samples relative to the Dean-Stark water content (DS-w). The shaded area presents the continuous cluster of T2 responses with a strong mutual association with DS-w, which were used for the calculation of the T2 cutoff range parameter – T2cr.
