Sal B inhibits RAW264.7 macrophage M1 polarization through the Akt/mTOR pathway. RAW264.7 macrophages were treated with Sal B (200 μM) for 1 h and then stimulated with LPS (100 ng/mL) + IFN-γ (2.5 ng/mL) + insulin (1 μg/mL) for 24 h. A,B iNOS (A) and Arg-1 (B) mRNA expression was measured by RT‒qPCR. C-E TNF-α (C), IL-6 (D) and IL-10 (E) secretion expression was evaluated by ELISA. The values are presented as the means ± SEMs. N = 3, p < 0.05 (*), p < 0.01 (**) or p < 0.001 (***).
