The score of the target protein that LrB acts on BMMs and the proportion of different score segments. (1) Targets with Score > 1000: high-affinity binding, characterized by fast binding and high affinity. Such target proteins are usually related to acute drug efficacy, acute toxicity and drug metabolism; (2) Targets with 200 < Score < 1000 Point: medium-affinity binding, characterized by binding speed and medium affinity, such targets are usually related to chronic drug effects; (3) Targets with 100 < Score < 200: low-affinity binding, characterized by slow binding and relatively low affinity Low, such targets are usually related to drug delivery, blood drug concentration maintenance, and bypass drug efficacy.
