Antibody responses against the non-structural (NS) proteins from GII.4 Sydney[P31]. Sera of 120 children were tested for antibody response against norovirus antigens on a protein microarray. (a) Organization of the three open reading frames (ORF1-3) of the human norovirus genome. Six NS proteins are encoded by ORF1, whereas VP1 and VP2 are encoded by ORF2 and ORF3, respectively.
