Kinetic analysis of the contribution of CBS (red), BDS (green), sulfanilamide (blue) and furosemide (magenta) to the SPR response of each mixture (see Table 1) at each temperature. The kinetic parameters identified with classical single-analyte experiments were used to generate this figure. The summation of these signals gives the predicted signal (black). Only the responses corresponding to the maximal concentration (22 400 nM) are shown.
