The percent change values of points-of-interest (POIs) are normalized for the median income levels and non-white percentage populations. The vertical black line is the week that NPI shelter-in-place was implemented in each county, and, if applicable, the vertical gray line is the week that NPI shelter-in-place was lifted. The bright red line represents the bottom 16th percentile of income (low income) while the bright blue line represents the top 83rd percentile of income (high income).
