Quantification of phenolic compounds in GSE (A) and CE (B) by HPLC. The results are presented as a histogram and values data table. Quantification of each polyphenol identified in both extracts was performed in triplicate, and all values are presented as the mean ± SD (n = 3). The molecular structures of the major compounds in both extracts are also presented.
