The mean nucleotide identity (ANI) values (%) are displayed on the heatmap, ranging from lowest (violet) to highest sequence identity (green–yellow), grouped according to the phylogenetic tree. The heatmap was annotated with a bar graph showing the varying sizes (Mb) of all 10 assemblies (on the top) and their respective GC content (%) (right side).
