Of note, OSDI scores more than 40 in all patients at the worst time. TFBUT scores less than 5 in all patients at the worst time. Fluorescein scores more than 5 in most patients at the worst. Lissamine scores more than 4 in most patients at the worst. Schirmer’s test scores less than 5 in all patients at the worst time. According to severity classification, these parameters showed moderate or severe ocular surface dysfunction at the worst time in all patients after HSCT.
